The Region of Southern Denmark challenged LYNfabrikken to create an original concept for a conference entitled “Implementing Welfare Technoglogies”

The requirements for the concept were:
– To create an ideal setting for a conference about welfare technology.
– To create a setting that supports the theme of the conference as well as the Region of Southern Denmark’s aim.
– To secure that the setting strengthens the attendants’ dedication to the project.
– To guide the attendants through the day’s program in a comfortable and clear way.
– To induce consistency, clarity and pleassant ambience.
– To execute technical solutions and physical layout.

LYNfabrikken delivered:
– Visual identity.
– Physical elements (workshop spaces and personas).
– Space plan
– Design Concept
–  Installation, arrangement and dismantling.
– Rent and execution of AV and sound.
– Signs and markers.
